Primary Guide

This is a full-time on-site role for a 3-6 Primary Teacher based in Lincoln, NE. The Primary Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging curricula, teaching in a classroom setting, and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The role includes preparing lesson plans, guiding students’ educational and social development, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the success of students.

 

Qualifications

 

• Strong skills and experience in Primary 3-6 Montessori and Teaching

• Proficiency in Montessori Education and a passion for working with young learners

• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues

• Ability to demonstrate creativity, patience, and adaptability in educational approaches

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is required

• State teaching certification for elementary education is preferred

• Experience with hands-on, child-centered teaching methods is a plus
