Fall Update 2007
RENEWABLE ENERGY EDUCATION CENTER UPDATE
 The Earth House is now powered by the sun, as of December 18, 2006, at 2:00
p.m. upon completion of the installation of the sixteen photovoltaic panels
on the south roof. As of March 1, 648 lbs of CO2 emissions had been saved.
The 10 kilowatt wind generator arrived from
Bergey manufactuers in Oklahoma and installation of
the tower was completed on July 9, 2007. The Lincoln

inverters are located in the entry room so that
everyone who enters the building can read the meters
